Jonathan joined Ensign over 20 years ago, starting out in Sales before working his way up to Managing Director. That journey gave him a genuine understanding of the business from both sides, having spent years listening directly to contractors about the challenges they face. Today, he’s focused on expanding and improving the software so clients stay ahead of the competition and get solutions to the real problems they deal with every day.
