We’re pleased to announce the release of version 66, one of our most wide-ranging updates in recent years. Alongside significant new features, v66 includes over 100 improvements and bug fixes that touch almost every area of the software.

When you’re working across a job with multiple services, keeping track of everything on screen can become unwieldy. Version 66 addresses this with the new Show/Hide Services feature in the take-off software.

You can now toggle individual services on or off at any point, so if you only need to focus on one or two sections of a take-off, you can hide everything else without affecting your data. Switch services back on when you need them, and everything is exactly as you left it.

It’s a straightforward change that makes a noticeable difference when working on larger, more complex jobs.
For businesses managing multiple users or working across estimating teams, knowing what’s changed in your data, and who made the change, is increasingly important.

Version 66 introduces the Data Activity Log: a dedicated screen that records key data changes within the software. The log covers activities such as changes to discount percentages and assembly product quantity updates, with each entry recording the responsible user, as well as the date and time the change was made.

Whether you need it for internal accountability, dispute resolution, or simply keeping on top of what’s happening across a job, the activity log gives you a reliable audit trail without any additional admin on your part.
Database navigation has been improved in two areas in v66:
The quick menu and stored specials screens both now include filtering options, making it faster to find what you’re looking for without having to scroll through large lists.
If you’re working your way through nested categories, you can now see exactly where you are and navigate back to any previous level with a single click, rather than having to start the search again from scratch.
Together, these changes make working with the database noticeably faster, particularly for users who spend significant time searching and referencing items.
In addition to the features above, v66 includes more than 100 smaller updates and bug fixes across the software. These range from minor interface tweaks to more substantive changes in specific areas, all aimed at improving day-to-day usability and reliability.
